  • Does web traffic really matter? And How are you going to find out if it is the audience you are targeting?
  • Is it aligned with your marketing objectives?
  • Have you defined most important metrics?
  • How are you going to capture lead?
  • How long does it take to check all of the above?
  • …and so many

Putting aside traditional ways, I mainly use methods like information architecture, information network analysis, accessibility check and webometrics to shorten the schedule.
